On September 11th, a Budweiser employee was making a delivery to a convenience store in a California town named McFarland.

He knew of the tragedy that had occurred in New York when he entered the business to find the two Arabs, who owned the business, whooping and hollering to show their approval and support of this treacherous attack.

The Budweiser employee went to his truck, called his boss and told him of the very upsetting event!

He didn't feel he could be in that store with those horrible people. His boss asked him, "Do you think you could go in there long enough to pull every Budweiser product and item our beverage company sells there?

We'll never deliver to them again."

The employee walked in, proceeded to pull every single product his beverage company provided
and left with an incredible grin on his face.

He told them never to bother to call for a delivery again.

Budweiser happens to be the beer of choice for that community. Just letting you know how Kern
County handled this situation.

It seems that the Bud driver and the Pepsi man are neighbors. Bud called Pepsi and told him. Pepsi called his boss who told him to pull all Pepsi products as well!!! That would include Frito Lay, etc.

Furthermore, word spread and all vendors followed suit! At last report, the store was closed indefinitely.

The bombing of the al-Askari Mosque by Al Queda in Iraq touched off violence and retribution between Sunni and Shiite Muslims that neary escalated into a full blown civil war.

That action in unstable Iraq seriously jeapordized America's ability to contain violence, which has only now shown a measurable drop since the Surge has shown success.

A new threat has emerged that has the potential to set the clock back once again. This time it is being perpetrated by non other than the Speaker Of the House of Representatives of the United States Government, Nancy Pelosi, Democrat.

Speaker Pelosi is planning to bring a resolution branding the killing of Armenians by the Ottoman Turks as "genocide" to a vote in the House. Turkey reportedly killed up to 1.5 million Armenians in the period around World War One.

At issue is not the validity of the resolution, but the timing. Turkey currently facilitates transit of much of the US military's logistic support of the war effort in Iraq, and that hospitality could be in jeopardy in the wake of an affirmitive vote on the resolution. Also at issue is Turkey's desire to invade northern Iraq to counter Kurdish rebels.

Like the bombing of the al-Askari Mosque touched of a cycle of violence, the consideration of this ill-timed resolution may cause the same. The US House of Representatives and Nancy Pelosi do not exist in a vacuum and if they vote and pass this resolution, they will be responsible for the results.

Did you know that 25 Iraq students departed for the United States in January 2005 for the reestablished Fulbright program?

Did you know that the Iraqi Navy is operational? They have 5 - 100-foot patrol craft, 34 smaller vessels and a naval infantry regiment.

Instead of reflecting our love for our country, we get photos of flag burning incidents at Abu Ghraib and people throwing snowballs at the presidential motorcades.

Tragically, the lack of accentuating the positive in Iraq serves two purposes:

It is intended to "undermine" the world's perception of the United States thus "minimizing" consequent support, AND it is intended to "discourage" American citizens.

When I got up this morning and reached for a T-shirt in the dark, I was suprised that I had grabbed my twin-towers T-shirt. I don't wear it much these days, but it seemed fitting for today so I put it on.

Thinking of the attacks of 9/11/2001 rekindles my anger. It makes me wish to wreak havoc on those who caused it.

Perhaps that is the real point of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, to wreak havoc. The price being paid in the Muslim world by now has been many times over the havoc caused in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania six years ago today.

Realize this; There would never have been the political will in America to make war in the middle east without the triggering events on September 11, 2001. In this way Osama Bin Laden is responsible not only for the attacks here, but also for response. Is Bin Laden a hero to the Muslim world? For he has surely brought much death and destruction upon them.

When people in the Middle East remember, and no doubt cheer their great victory against America, let us hope they remember the price they've paid, and continue to pay, and ask themselves if it was worth it.

A man whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II owned a number of large industries and estates. I ended up in a concentration camp and the Allies destroyed my factories."

We are told again and again by "experts" and "talking heads" that Islam is the religion of peace, and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the specter of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam.

The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history.

• It is the fanatics who march.
  
• It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide.
  
• It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave.
  
• It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor-kill.
  
• It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals.

The hard quantifiable fact is that the "peaceful majority", the "silent majority", is cowed and extraneous. Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China's huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.

The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered; its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel and bayonet.

And, who can forget Rwanda, which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were "peace loving"?

History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points: Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence. Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don't speak up because, like my friend from Germany, they will awake one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun.

Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late.

As for us who watch it all unfold; we must pay attention to the only group that counts; the fanatics who threaten our way of life. Lastly, at the risk of offending, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just deletes this email without sending it on, contributes to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand.

After watching both George Bush and Dick TDurbin, I know one thing; we are in trouble.

Going in to the speech you were either for the war or you were against the war. I have been saying that something needs to happen. Well folks, tonight something did. Our Commander in Chief who's sworn duty is to protect us, laid out a plan to do so. He did the following:

-Admitted we need a change
-Took responsibility for the mistakes and failures in Iraq
-Laid out a plan for success
-Put the Iraqi government on notice that they need to step up as the Americans will not always be here

Bush is calling for 21,000 additional troops to be deployed in Iraq. I feel this plan will succeed. He has made extensive changes in the leadership and has a plan for success. When asked if the plan fails what happens, numerous senior White House officials are saying clearly, "We won't need a plan B, period". I have not seen this kind of conviction or confidence coming from this White House in quite some time.

Senator Dick Durbin had his five minutes in which he stated "Tonight President Bush acknowledged what most Americans know — we are not winning in Iraq ... indeed the challenge is grave and deteriorating."

Durbin also joined a statement made with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer.

"The president had an opportunity tonight to demonstrate that he understood the depth of the concern in the country, make a long overdue course correction, and articulate a clear mission for our engagement in Iraq. Instead, he chose to escalate our involvement in Iraq's civil war by proposing a substantial increase in the number of our forces there," they said.

If the Congress or Senate block or attempt to block this move or as Kennedy threatened, pull the funding, the American people need to know that will be the end. We will have lost the war. If we pull out of Iraq now, as Presidential Candidate Tom Vilsack suggests, then we are creating a breeding ground for terrorism. Going to Iraq, stay at hotel Al-Queda...

Bottom line, support our troops, get them what they need; more of them!

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A visibly shaken Saddam Hussein was found guilty of crimes against humanity on Sunday and sentenced to hang by the U.S.-sponsored court that has been trying him in Baghdad for the past year.

Two other senior aides, including his half-brother Barzan al-Tikriti, will also hang if automatic appeals fail in the coming months. His vice-president was jailed for life and three minor officials of his Baath party were sentenced to 15 years.

Shortly after the verdict was read out at noon (0900 GMT) in a heavily fortified Baghdad courtroom that was once a Baath party office, clashes broke out between gunmen and U.S. and Iraqi troops in two Sunni Muslim neighborhoods of the capital.

Everyone who knows me knows that I am not a paranoid "Conspiracy Theory" type of a person. I am not the guy who is always looking over his shoulder or stressing out about the next terrorist attack. However, when I was at the bank this morning making a deposit, it hit me...

So like me, many Americans have more than one bank account and utilize the ATM for most of, if not all of their transactions. How many of you take your deposit, shove it in the envelope, lick the envelope and stuff it in the ATM? Probably a lot of you!

So for anyone planning a terrorist attack what an opportunity this presents. Simply apply a little Anthrax or Ricen or some other kind of chemical to the water/saliva activated glue on the envelope. Joe American comes along to make his deposit, licks the envelope and now he is infected. Everyone has access to these envelopes at the ATM machines. Not to mention the factories where envelopes are produced.

This is one of those items that you simply over look. I think that the banks need to provide envelopes with the peel off adhesive. All you do is peel the strip exposing the glue and seal it up.

I know from first hand knowledge that Bank of America and Wells Fargo both use standard "Lick and Stick" envelopes. What does your bank use?

So if you use the ATM, consider my post. If you know people who make deposits through the ATM, then let them know.

We are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Here it has been close enough to call it five years and we have not been attacked. It's time to start taking what some would call enemies at face value. Iran is only going to create a nuclear weapon for self preservation. They would never use it! North Korea is only launching missles as part of a test program. They would never actually shoot them at anyone.

There is no reason to keep hard working men and women standing in lines at the airport. Really folks, let's go back to to standard metal detectors. Come, enough is enough. This is a peace loving planet. Usama bin Laden is just defending himself against the U.S. The U.S. started this fight.

This is clearly what the hardcore Democrats want you to believe. The truth is that there are many people/terrorist organizations/countries that want to see us Americans dead. A vast majority of these people can be called "Islamic Fascists".

One of the terrorists that was involved in the foiled London attack was Don Stewart-Whyte.

Don Stewart-Whyte also of High Wycombe converted to Islam only six months ago and lived with his widowed mother. The son of a staunch Conservative Party member who worked for the party, Stewart-Whyte converted and changed his name to Abdul Wahid and married a local Muslim girl. He shaved his head and grew a beard. Brian Young, 28, also of High Wycombe is another converted Muslim suspect and now goes by the name of Umar Islam.

I realize that it is a fictional TV show, but there was a mini-series called Sleeper Cell on Showtime. If you have seen this show, you know where I am going. If you have not, this show was about a group of everyday people that are "Islamic Fascists" with a single goal. To cause death and inflict pain on Americans, men, women, and children a like.

The show had a convict, a terrorist and the boy next door. Not to mention others. My point, how well do you know all the people around you?

But hey, according to the Democratic Party, we're all safe and should do virtually nothing....

Yesterday, a Jury sentenced Zacarias Moussaoui to life in prison without the possibility of parole. This morning U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema formally Sentenced Moussaoui.

U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema got the last word Thursday as she formally handed down a lifetime prison sentence for Zacarias Moussaoui.

"You will die with a whimper," Brinkema told the Al Qaeda conspirator — since he will never be allowed to speak publicly again — as she sentenced him to life in prison without the possibility of parole for his role in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Moussaoui got one last chance to speak publicly Thursday before he is sent to a super-maximum security prison with little to no contact with the outside world. And he used the opportunity to taunt the United States once again, as he has done during various outbursts throughout his trial.

"We will come back one day. You will never get him. God curse America. God save Usama bin Laden. You will never get him," Moussaoui said.

He added: "I destroyed life" ... "maybe one day she (victim's family member) can think how many people the CIA has destroyed their life."

"America, you lost. I won," he said Wednesday, clapping his hands as he was led out of the courtroom.

Reading the jurors' decision outside the Alexandria, Va., courthouse, Edward Adams, the court's public information officer, said the verdict only indicated that the jurors were "not unanimous in favor of a sentence of death."

I can only surmise that there must have been a bleeding heart liberal (very far left, as not to offend some of my friends) that felt the need to allow this worthless individual to continue to live.

President Bush said Wednesday a federal jury that spared the life of al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui did "something that he evidently wasn't willing to do for innocent American citizens."

This guy should have been sentenced to death with the execution coming immediately. It would have been one thing if he had shown some remorse or asked begged for forgiveness and of course his life. But he did not. He continued to taunt the judge and jurors and make a mockery of our justice system.

This was a poor decision by the jury. I can only hope this guy is put in general population and let the boys in the yard "take care of business...

As the dispute over Iran's nuclear program is moved to the United Nations Security Council, Tehran is stepping up its rhetoric against the West. Facing action by the world body, Iran says it has 40,000 trained suicide bombers ready to attack.

The main force, named the Special Unit of Martyr Seekers in the Revolutionary Guards, was first seen last month when members marched in a military parade, dressed in olive-green uniforms with explosive packs around their waists and detonators held high.

Dr. Hassan Abbasi, head of the Centre for Doctrinal Strategic Studies in the Revolutionary Guards, said in a speech that 29 Western targets had been identified: “We are ready to attack American and British sensitive points if they attack Iran’s nuclear facilities.” He added that some of them were “quite close” to the Iranian border in Iraq.

In a tape recording heard by The Sunday Times, Abbasi warned the would-be martyrs to “pay close attention to wily England” and vowed that “Britain’s demise is on our agenda.”

This should be considered as an act of aggression and an act of war.

The fresh fears over a possible U.S. attack on Iran's nuclear sites helped attract volunteers during its latest recruitment drive, Mohammad Ali Samadi, spokesman for the Committee for the Commemoration of Martyrs of the Global Islamic Campaign, said.

"Because of the recent threats, we have started to register more volunteers since Friday," Samadi told Reuters by telephone.

"Some 200 people have registered to carry out operations against our enemies. America and Britain are definitely considered enemies."

Chanting "Death to America" and "Nuclear technology is our right", volunteers registered their names at the former American Embassy in southern Tehran on Sunday.

"We will give a good lesson to those who dare to attack our country," said Ali, a 25-year-old masked volunteer, after filling out registration form.

When asked why he had covered his face, Ali said: "I do not want to be recognized when traveling abroad to harm American and British interests."

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad warned last Friday that Israel was heading toward “annihilation.” He was speaking at a Tehran conference on Palestinian rights aimed at promoting Iran as a new Middle Eastern superpower.

It is clear to me that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a lunatic. As they say in the movies "Kick the tires and light the fires". We need to get our planes in the air and turn Iran in to a giant parking lot. They are clearly plotting our demise.

Zacarias Moussaoui is eligible to receive the death penalty for his part of the September 11th attacks. Thursday, the jury will begin deliberating on whether or not to recommend death or life in prison.

Surrounded by U.S. Marshals, Moussaoui refused to stand and showed no reaction as the verdict was read. After jurors left the courtroom he shouted, "You'll never get my blood. God curse you all."

The only blood of Moussaoui I want, is on the needle...
